Seriously, in the four years we've lived her, the neighborhood continues to get more and more amazing, and you'll be in walking distance of it all.
Ok, enough about the neighborhood, and more about the house. On the main level is a brand new kitchen with white quartz counter tops, stainless steel everything, dougfir open shelving, subway tile backsplash, new floors, and french doors that open to the backyard deck. The deck is HUGE and is perfect for backyard BBQs. It's completely fenced in, perfect for dogs and little ones. Speaking of dogs, do you have one? If so, you're in luck because the yard is totally dialed. There is a "poop-zone" that can be accessed from one of two gates attached to the deck. Keep the other gate closed, and your dog will have it figured in no time. Through the other gate, you'll access the main backyard, with a HUGE planter on one side of the yard. On the opposite side is a gardening area with planter beds - it's been gated gated off to protect your growing produce from your furry friend. There's even room for a swing set or pool for your kiddo.
Let's go back into the main floor of the house... The updated front entryway leads into the living room, which opens up into the dining room. There's wood detailing throughout the home, so if you love craftsman charm, you're in luck. To give the home a more updated feel, we recently upgraded all of the lighting with brass Schoolhouse Electric fixtures and filament bulbs. Off of the dining rom, you'll also find the guest bedroom with an updated half bath.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom is plenty big for a king-size bed, it has a walk-in closet and gets amazing light. The main bathroom features newly constructed built-ins and a freshly tiled floor and shower. There's also a second bedroom upstairs, that's been perfect for our daughter.
Need storage? Have a hobby? The basement takes up the entire footprint of the house, includes a washer and dryer, and built-in shelving. Down there, you'll also find all the other necessities that keep the house cozy: the heater, water heater, ducts for the air conditioning (the AC unit is outside).
This home has been amazing for our family, but a new job requires a move. I'm honestly sad to leave it, and I'm jealous of whoever moves in.
