By the week rental ($70/wk)...not by the month. This is not a standard rental. It is sharing my own apartment. It is for Female only. It's also by the week, not the month (there was no option to list it as weekly). It's $70/week. It is a shared 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. The one bedroom is my own space, and I turned the big, open-floor plan living room/kitchenette area into like a studio apartment for temporary stays. But it's not a couch. There is a full bedroom set in there. We will share the one bathroom. Your area will be private at night, but not during the day (as it's a big open space) and I'll be coming and going in and out of the house throughout the day. Hence, the reason for the very low rent price. I am a guy, but this is for a female roommate only. If interested, feel free to contact me with any questions you have.
