Before an application is considered complete, all prospective tenants must view the home and complete an in-person walkthrough with a representative of Urbane Investments LLC. If you are unable to tour the home in person, you may designate a personal representative to view it on your behalf via Skype, FaceTime, recorded video, or similar method. In some cases, a representative of Urbane Investments LLC may act as your representative. All representatives must be identified in writing prior to the showing. Applicants must not have any open bankruptcies, prior landlord-tenant disputes resulting in a judgment in favor of the landlord, or any history of eviction. This property is not required to, and has not voluntarily agreed to, set aside units to serve vulnerable populations. If additional time is needed to complete the application due to a language barrier or disability, please email us with your request. Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
