This is a summer rental ($175 reward, read below) plus it's renewable. (1 bedroom/1 bath (750 square feet, $1222 monthly, water and trash included), gated and very close to Publix and Walgreens (2 min walkable) and also very close to GT campus (0.9 m). This place is beautiful, really quite and safe. Pet friendly. You will have your own laundry. Also they've got a beautiful pool and a gym. The price they're offering is really great for such place in midtown. The people in management are very nice and helpful.
We have to move out on May 13th, but our contract ends in September 20th. We need people to move in when we're out for at least the remaining 4 month of our lease and after that you can renew your contract with the management.
Also, I will pay $100 in cash to anyone who takes over the lease and also your $75 application fee to the management (in your move-in date).
