Also, negative references may keep an application from being approved. Most agreements begin with a 12-month lease. The security deposit and the first month's rent must be paid in the form of a cashier's check or money order prior to occupancy. Upon payment of a deposit, we will hold a vacancy by written agreement. All costs (security deposit, and rent) must be paid in full prior to possession of the unit. This application is subject to acceptance by the owner and execution of a lease or rental agreement and is offered without respect to physical handicap, race, color, creed, sex, national origin ancestry, or marital status.
