Located in the southern part of Rochester, NH in the Gonic area. Utilities are additional, and are split between the people living here (typically 4-5). Housemates are all working professionals and are gone more often than home, and looking for the same, as this seems to work well with the shared spaces. Total space of Bedroom+closet: 144 sq ft Bedroom dimensions: 13.3 ft x 9.08 ft (120.76 sq ft) Closet dimensions: 5.78 ft x 3.95 ft (22.8 sq ft) (Note: The photo of the dining room is currently being converted into the new living room, and there is an eat-in kitchen). Est. Utilities per person typically cost about: $15/mo - basic Internet $35/mo - Electricity (more if using window AC unit or electric heater in winter). $18/mo - Water (Average, but less if you use less). $65/mo - Oil heating (mostly in colder months, typically Oct-March, and less in Sept and April, and zero in summer). We also share the cost of shared supplies, such as toilet paper, tissues, hand+dish soap, etc. Open to having a well-mannered cat, or dog (if it does not bark at all, and remains off of counters and tables) and is cleaned up after.
