This spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment is 900 square feet and comes with a free reserved, covered parking space plus free guest parking areas. We also have two laundry rooms on site.
There is no smoking allowed on the property and we do not allow charcoal BBQs. WSG are a flat monthly surcharge of $75, excluding electricity which is individually metered.
We require a $500 security deposit, a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee, and $45 application fee per person for move in. Additional deposit may or may not be required depending on application score. Pets are welcome with a $400 deposit (breed restrictions do apply).
