Hello! We are Justin, Cora, Hannah, and Misha (Hannah's Cat) and we are looking for someone to join us in our lovely home in Phinney Ridge as our fourth housemate. Our current housemate is looking to move into a place on his own when our lease is up at the end of March, so we are looking for someone to fill the space by the beginning of April. About the Home: The house is located in the west part of Phinney Ridge so we have a gorgeous view of Ballard and the Olympic Mountains in the backdrop. There are three different decks facing this view and we love to hang outside to soak in the sights, especially in the summer the back area is an awesome addition to the home. There is also garden space, if you consider yourself a green thumb you can join Hannah and Cora's horticulture endeavors. The kitchen is well stocked and we all like to cook in our own ways. The oven has gas burners, there is a dishwasher, and we also have a toaster oven. In the living room you'll find lots of plants and aquatic creatures. There is also a large basement which has the laundry machines and is mostly used for storage. About the Room: The room is spacious with lots of natural light. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom so you won't ever have to worry about sharing. You also have west facing windows so that beautiful outdoor view can be the backdrop of your new desk setup! About the housemates: Justin(28) - I am a high school math teacher currently working in South Seattle. I love to cook, play games, and socialize. I moved to Seattle from Oakland back in April of last year. Cora(28) - From MN and went to UW, I've stayed in Seattle since. I love to bake and sail, you can always find me on the water and I will take you out on a boat lol. Thought I wanted to be a lawyer, but am now a legal assistant and looking for more hands on Careers! Can't wait to meet you. Hannah(28) - From IL and moved to Seattle in 2019. I've lived in the house since 2022. You can often find me spending time in the living room tending to my plants, aquariums, or hanging out with Misha on the couch.
