Private bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of a single family house in Hyattsville, MD. About the space: The private bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and it is furnished with a bed and a dresser. (We would prefer to have those items remain in the bedroom.) This person will be sharing the kitchen and dining room space with us and a basement tenant. They will also have access to the washer & dryer and the spacious backyard with our patio furniture and storage shed. There's plenty of street parking available (no permit required) and we're also a 10 minute walk to the West Hyattsville metro stop. Few notes: 1.) The room is single (1 person) occupancy only. 2.) We are flexible on the lease terms. 3.) Utilities are not included in the rent. Gas, electric, and internet are ~$60/month. The water bill is issued every three months and its about another $60 for the three previous months of usage. 4.) Must be okay with a dog.
