Condo has a desk and dining area too. Beach chairs and beach towels also included. The kitchen has a terrific water filtration reverse osmosis system that provides clean and fresh drinking water (better than any bottled water) to keep our guests healthy. The owner is a health and wellness guide so clean air, environment and water are all in place at all of our properties. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, large closet and dresser, ceiling fan and large flat screen cable TV. There is another closet in the hallway. The bathroom has a combined tub and shower and plenty of fresh towels. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home. There are gas grills located outside for all residents and guests. The combined living/dining room also has a large flat screen cable TV. And the screened lanai faces a green and quiet courtyard, and has a nice side view of the marina. One small dog less than 25 pounds is permitted with prior Owner and Board approval (must be a nice and quiet dog). This condo is great for vacationers, and corporate travelers alike.
