This was my wife's Grandmother's house. It has alot of sentimental attachment as well as fond memories. I personally have alot of
sweat and work equity in this house renovating and updating it to where it is now. We spent everything we had to get this house and remodel. Plans are to hopefully give to one of our children one day as their 1st house. We want someone that will simply TAKE CARE of this house. This is our 1st and only rental house. We are scared to death to rent it. Please take care of it and respect the NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
We live about 1 mile away in case there is ever an issue or problem.
NO GRILLING OR COOKING UNDER ALUMINUM AWNING. IT WILL SMUT THE WHITE ALUMINUM ROOF UP.
NO PARKING ANYTHING UNDER THE WHITE ALUMINUM AWNING ON THE CONCRETE SLAB. I DO NOT WANT OIL STAINS ETC... NO LAWN MOWERS, MOTORCYCLES, 4 WHEELERS, GOKARTS OR VEHICLES. IT IS A SEATING AREA. NOT PARKING OR STORAGE.
