Ready for move-in May 15th, 2018. Electricity will be evenly split between roommates (internet/wifi is paid by the landlord). Bringing in pet(s) is allowed but will cost more ($200 non-refundable one-time fee and additional rent of $15/m per pet). Moving in with someone other than yourself is allowed but will increase rent. Security deposit of one month's worth of rent is required at the beginning before moving-in. Renter is expected to obtain renter's insurance. Lease term is somewhat flexible but 6 months or 1 year term is preferred. No gender preference, i.e., either female or male roommate is fine. On-street parking is available for free; using/renting attached garage space is available for additional $100/m. You will be allowed only one vehicle in the community.
The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a 23 years old male UTD PhD student currently living in one of the bedroom. He is respectful and quiet roommate who enjoys reading non-fiction books and morning runs. He will be available to meet up to assess a good fit upon renter's request before signing the lease.
Renter will go through screening process ($35 paid by the renter) to determine the creditworthiness, legal, renter history, and other details, including but not limited to:
- The earliest date s/he is comfortable and willing to move in by
- Moving from which zip code
- Number of tenants moving in
- Number and type of pets
- smoker or non-smoker
- Income range
- Credit range
