My home is Centrally located, Cozy and in the community of Allied Gardens, a safe and desired San Diego neighborhood zip code of 92120. Wood floors and Ceiling fans throughout. The livingroom has a big screen TV with couches that are very comfortable and fully recline. Easy Freeway access, close to Transit, Dining, Grocery and other shopping, Churches, Library, Parks, Hiking, Malls are within a 10 minute drive and Beaches and Downtown are within a 15 minute drive. No Drugs, Alcohol or Drama here. No smoking of anything is allowed. Just a relaxing place to live. I keep a clean house but you will need to clean up after yourself. Looking for someone with a Steady Job, verifiable Income and Good Credit. An Application to Rent and a Credit Check are required. The Credit Check is done through the Real Estate office I work at. A Month to Month Lease will be required. I prefer someone that is looking to stay 6+ months.
