It is an excellent location for temporary housing relocation, Military PCS, students and interns, healthcare professionals, and tourists, and is LBGTQIA friendly. The Location This private suite is in the historical African American neighborhood of Marshall Heights. The area boasts several affluent cultural & and historical locations, such as Kingman Island, Kenilworth Aquatic Garden, and Civil War Fort Dupont Park. Other Things To Note Please note that the only shared space between the guest and host is the front door. Upon entry through the front door, the suite has a Welcome Sign on the first floor. DO NOT climb the stairs. It leads to the host's quarters. Entry into the Host's Quarter is NOT ALLOWED. Ample street parking is available. No in-unit washer and dryer but local options are available. The host is happy to suggest dinner reservations, group transportation, and activities. We hope to provide a 5-star experience! No smoking is allowed within 50 Yards of the property or a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be accessed.
