Lease terms

Home will come unfurnished/empty. Lease term: 12-month lease. Available August 1, 2026. Able to extend or lease for longer term. Rent & payment: $4,990 due on the 1st of each month, paid in one payment by cashier's check or electronic transfer. Late charge: If rent isn't received in full by the 3rd of each month at the designated place of payment, a late fee up to 10% of one month's rent may apply. Returned payment: $250 for any returned or failed payment. Security deposit: $4,990, due with the first month's rent at signing. Utilities: Renter pays all utilities and services - electricity, gas, water, wastewater, trash, cable, and internet. Parking: One covered carport space with EV charging included, driveway and street parking. Pets: Pets considered with a signed animal agreement, a $400 one-time pet fee, and $35/month pet rent. Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the property. Renter's insurance: Renter's liability insurance required for the full lease term. Move-out: At least 60 days' written notice before the end of the lease.
