The location is central and walkable: it's 3 minutes to Seattle University (1 block to SU Park & the Fitness Center, 2 to the Student Center, 3 to the School of Law), 7 minutes to Broadway, 12 minutes to Pike/Pine, 10 minutes to Little Saigon, and 15 minutes to Capitol Hill and Seattle Central College. This building is a Seattle Historical Site, designed by one of Seattle's most important architects, and built in 1909 for Washington State's first U.S. senator (who, before statehood, also was Governor of the Territory of Washington).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Preferred tenants would be responsible and mature (students are welcome), and treat the apartment as their home.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants who meet the following qualifications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis:
(1) Income (or guarantor income) of 3x monthly rent
(2) Positive references and history
(3) Passage (or guarantor passage of) a credit check, including a minimum 620 credit score
IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA, we may still be able to accept your tenancy upon provision of additional assurances.
