I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath on the top floor of Adams Court Apartments from December to the end of August. Because it is on the top floor and faces 50th, it is very quiet. The coin washer and dryer are on the first floor. Rent is $600 before utilities, which is around $25-35 per person each month. The room itself is able to fit a full size bed with a bed frame, a 50" desk, and a chair. It is only a block away from the Ave and half a block down the street from Safeway. It is only a couple blocks away from the UW campus as well. Parking is also available in the complex garage or on the street. I am able to move out immediately, but the sooner the better because I have to move at the end of the year. There are two male roommates in this apartment who are both laid back seniors at the UW. I've been friends with these two since before college and can testify that they are good people and roommates. The roommates drink alcohol, but not heavily. The couch, bedroom furniture, and microwave are mine, so I will be taking them when I move out.
