Our house is on a hill on 14 acres of scrub oak surrounded by wildlife and great views. The apartment is in excellent condition. We are minutes from local convenience stores post office and a variety of restaurants, 9 minutes from the King Soopers and outlets in Castle Rock, 20 minutes from Park Meadows, and 40 minutes from downtown Denver (non-rush hour). Not far from Roxborough and Chatfield State Parks. The apartment has a full kitchen, a BR with a study nook, a nice bath with a walk-in travertine shower, and a small laundry area with washer/dryer. It is heated with large passive solar windows and an in-floor radiant hydronic system with slate and travertine flooring. It is cooled by an exhaust fan. Heat, electricity, and wireless internet are included. It is Direct TV ready. The internet is a dish to tower 25 Mb/sec. The kitchen and bath have beautiful cherry cabinets, with 44 large drawers. Ample parking right in front of the entry door. We want to share our property with a non-smoking, older single or couple. You must be stable and have references. Cat OK, no dogs.
