We need to move from our apartment at Green Leaf Riverwalk and need someone to take over the lease. 2bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft. Very high ceilings with electric rolling blinds. W/D in unit, a/c. Tons of amenities in this complex and ideally located next to Delta Ponds and river bike trail. We need something different for our family of 4.
This unit is at the end of the hall thus shares only one wall with neighbors. Very quiet corner unit. Amazing views of the ponds from most of the rooms. One bedroom is located downstairs and one upstairs. Large loft upstairs. Building is wired with fiber for super fast internet speed options. Water and trash are $65 a month. We like it cold so our power bill has been around $90 with EWEB. You have the option of free uncovered parking, uncovered reserved parking or covered reserved parking. Very nice workout facility, pool and bbq area.
