This one bedroom condo, with approximately 500 square feet of living area, has a spacious living/dining area, bedroom, bath and kitchen. Most appliances and fixtures recently installed, as well as new paint and flooring. Assigned parking, space #724, in the open garage, off rear alley is a short elevator ride to the condo. Community laundry is conveniently located on 4th floor. Common area decks with ocean and downtown views are on 4th and 6th floors. Condo floor plan is one of best in building. Location on west side of building reduces noise and dust from Third St., however, tenant should be aware that the condo receives little natural light. Smoking is prohibited in the condo and all common areas. No pets and tenant pays gas and electric utilities. Heat is from central boiler unit in common area. Owner is firm about no pets and good credit. No additional storage space comes with condo.
