(If your current rent is less than $1750 and your credit is weak/maxed out , you will not be accepted) What is your move date and is it flexible? Reason for move. What attracted you to the property? I look at completed applications first and will schedule showings for those who provide the requested information and meet the criteria. The entire property is in the process of being renovated. All rooms are freshly painted from ceilings to base boards. The hardwood floors are cleaned and in the process of being renovated. Showings will be arranged when the requested information is provided and when it is safe to show (when hardwoods are being stained and sealed...I can't show it so please be flexible.) The exterior is also receiving some upgrades: front porch repaired and side porch is new, new kitchen storm door to be installed and other other exterior projects are scheduled with contractors to spruce up the exterior. No pets are preferred but landlord may consider pets on a case by case basis.
