I'm looking to rent out my beautiful, newly remodeled house to a family or a group of clean and respectful individuals. I am going to be traveling for the next year and want to give you the opportunity to benefit from the privacy, easy city access, and brand new amenities of my home. The MIL basement is currently be rented by a fun and easy going young professional. He has his own entrance, kitchen, etc. and lives a very quiet and independent life.
The house is located in Pigeon Point with remote access to Puget Park. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom, and a laundry room. The main floor leads out to a sprawling deck and giant back yard, complete with a garden, gazebo, tool shed, chicken coup, and fire pit. Upstairs, you'll find a sun kissed bedroom with a California closet, brand new carpeting, and it's own enclosed patio. This room has a bonus sunbed loft space, perfect for reading or storage. From the living room, there is a staircase that leads down into the garage, storage room, enclosed serenity pond, sauna, hot tub, and additional rec room. There is also a car port and off street parking for multiple car storage.
The house is located 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to the airport, and right near some of Seattle's oldest and best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. As Westseattlites put it, "Welcome to the last true community in Seattle, prepare to never want to leave." In this house, you truly never will!
