This Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Tenant's Name], referred to as "Tenant," and Liomene Cesar, referred to as "Landlord," for the lease of the residential property located at [Property Address], referred to as the "Property," in the state of Florida. 1. Term of Lease: This Agreement shall commence on [Commencement Date] and shall be valid for a period of one (1) year, ending on [Termination Date]. Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent of $2,800, due on the 1st of each month. 2. Payment Terms: Tenant agrees to pay the first month's rent of $2,800, the last month's rent of $2,800, and a security deposit of $1,000, totaling $6,600, prior to moving into the Property.
