The kitchen has a fridge, an electric stove and a microwave and a lot of cabinets for convenient storage as well as granite sink top. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with overhead light and a ceiling fan. Beside the bathroom there are cabinets for linens. The bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and the BBQ area . it has a large mirrored closet. The floor of the rooms is carpeted and tiles ( ceramic ) covers the floor of the kitchen, the dining area and the bathroom. The rent is $1295 with $1295 security deposit. The rent is to be due by the 5th of every month. The tenant must have a good credit and rental history. The tenant must have a valid driver?s license identification. The tenant is to pay for electricity, internet, telephone and cable TV bills. The condo is suitable for a couple and a child. Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside the apartment.
