Tenants are responsible for their electricity, water, and heat through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a non-refundable deposit of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together.
