The house is currently unfurnished, however it can be mostly furnished for an additional fee plus furniture moving. Unusually large home on a fantastic street in San Carlos. Chilton Avenue is one of the very few flat streets in the hills that ends in a cul-de-sac. That keeps traffic light and safe for the many school-aged children on the street. The house has a beautiful view of the upper Devonshire canyon, and sunsets are spectacular. The master bathroom was completely remodeled and expanded around 2011 to include a beautiful master bath with large bathtub, two sinks and glass-enclosed shower. The bathroom has heated tile flooring. Also added were a walk-in-closet and a half bath for guests downstairs. Many families have now adopted dogs on the street and there is a nice park at the end of the street to bring your dog, or for the kids to play. The street has a 60 year tradition of having a 4th of July parade, kids games, and BBQ each year. It is a very special neighborhood. There is a back deck overlooking the canyon, and down a longish flight of stairs is a rock patio for a table and a room for kids and a dog to play.
