There are 3 malls all within walking distance from the townhome. Three blocks away is Koko Marina Center where there are water sports such as parasailing, scuba diving, boating, water skiing, jet skiing, and fishing. It is the perfect place for those who don't want to drive with bus stop directly out front the complex. Parking is available also. There are restaurants including Italian, Greek, Korean, Hawaiian, Chinese, Japanese and coffee houses such as Starbucks and Zippy's; an ice cream parlor, sushi take out, a 24 hour fitness center, yoga center, theaters, gift shops, a nail & hair salon, and Walgreens.
