We have a converted 1925 brick foursquare which was remodeled in the 1940s to house 5 1-bedroom apartments. Good upkeep by responsible tenants have kept a lot of the original look and feel in place. These are good floor plans, as all the 1-bedroom apartments have at least 2 windows in each room, including a southern exposure in the main living room with a large picture window.

- There is no parking provided, parking is on street on Jefferson Street and adjacent areas.
- Water and heat and garbage are paid by the landlord.
- A/C is provided via window units. Electric service and gas are the responsibility of the tenant and minimal with average consumption.
