Many Pro's, no Con's as far as I can see; Pro's include fantastic location (right above 23rd and all it has to offer, but not down there in the hustle and bustle), incredible views, parking included, in-unit laundry, great rent, very good access to Forest Park trails, pet friendly.. Everything I was looking for in an apartment.
