My roommate and I are no longer able to live in this wonderful 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment in West Ames due to getting an internship and job offer outside of Ames. The apartment is available NOW and January rent has been PAID! The lease ends on July 29th, 2018, but may possibly be renewed for the next year.
The total rent per month is $1,195 ($597.50 per roommate). Deposit for apartment is one month's rent ($1,195). Pets are allowed in the apartment for an additional fee ($150 deposit and $50/month for 1 pet, and $70/month for 2 pets). To my knowledge, management is not breed-specific.
The utilities that MANAGEMENT pays for includes heat, water, garbage, cable (Mediacom), and internet (Mediacom). The utilities that the TENANT pays for is electric through the City of Ames.
Amenities: 55" Smart TV in living room, close to 1/1A bus stop, 2 blocks west of Hy-Vee West, washer/dryer in the apartment, 2 reserved parking spots next to the building, central air, controlled access (need a key fob to get in), stainless steel appliances, and a gym membership to Ames Raquet and Fitness is also included in the rent price.
I have included some pictures in this post, along with a YouTube clip of the apartment in an artist's rendition. The apartment does NOT come furnished.
The property is through Unique Ames Apartments, and they are wonderful to work with! Please message me SOON if you are interested in the apartment!
