Hey everyone! I have a room opening up on May 1st for $725/mo in my large 2 bedroom apartment right off of Irving Park and Sheridan - 4 blocks from Wrigley Field, about 5 blocks from the lakefront, and right around the corner from the Sheridan Red line making it a 20 min ride to downtown! It is a large two bedroom with high ceilings, queen sized bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment, and a huge living room! This is a prime location because it is on a quiet street, making parking easy, and within walking distance to tons of restaurants and night life! I would prefer a female roommate, but open to males and even couples as it is a large apartment with plenty of space for 3 people! A little about me: I m a 24 year old female marketing professional for a group of animal hospitals who is very laid back and enjoys bingeing on Netflix during the week and going out on the weekends. I have a cat who would be here as well, he usually hangs out in my room and keeps to himself. LGBT+ and 420 friendly.
