*About the Condo* The condo is located in south Anchorage, just off Old Seward, between O'Malley and Huffman. There are tons of shopping centers, grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants, gas stations, and much more that is close by the tucked in and private neighborhood. This place is perfect for a new transplant, traveling nurse or someone who is looking for a place where all you need to bring is your suitcase. The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible from Old Seward, New Seward, and Minesota. It is also close to Target, Carrs, Costco, and Cabellas. Located downstairs, there is a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, dishes, etc.), TV with cable, a half bath, and access to the backyard with a deck perfect for BBQs and hanging with friends. Upstairs has both bedrooms, including the one for rent. In the picture it is shown empty but it includes a desk, dresser, closet and queen sized bed. The full bath and the washer and dryer divide the bedrooms. The home has tons of southern sun exposure. There is also plenty of storage space for snowboards, skis, or a bike. Let me know if you have any questions! *About Me* I am a 26-year old young female professional who works full time. I am very outgoing and meet someone new everywhere I go. I have been living in Anchorage for about 6 months now (moved from Oregon), and so far I am really enjoying it! I do consider the home as a quiet space where I can relax and just hang out. *About You* I am looking for someone of similar age, who is dependable, responsible and able to pay bills in a timely manner. I enjoy different personalities, as long as you are kind, respectful, and honest. *The Details* Rent: $750 which includes trash, water, basic cable, snow removal and outdoor maintenance. There is a $750 refundable deductible. Utilities: $40 for unlimited internet (ACS) and we are responsible for gas and electric which is split right down the middle (generally runs about $60 a piece). Lease: It is flexible! The owner is incredible and incredibly helpful. The room is opening up at the beginning of February. Must be 21+ and this is a smoke free home (cigarettes and 420 free). If you think you would be a good fit, send me a message (email is preferred but text is good too)! I will want to set up a meeting so you can see the place and so we can see if we would be a good fit.
