    Lease Duration: The initial lease term is for 12 months. After the initial 12 months, the lease automatically converts to a month-to-month agreement. A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to terminate the month-to-month agreement. Early Lease Termination: Tenants are permitted to break the initial 12-month lease agreement early. However, choosing to terminate the lease early will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $1900 is required at lease signing.
