Good quality dishes, glassware, cutlery * Large wardrobe * Bureau/chest-of-drawers * Bathroom sink, tub, shower * Quiet: no disturbances during night from emergency services sirens etc (plague of city living) * Parking: On-street overnight parking, but can be hard to find.
