Good quality dishes, glassware, cutlery * Wardrobe * Bathroom sink, tub, shower * Bureau with four drawers to store clothes * Roof: BBQ, table and chairs. Lovely views, great place for drinks/hanging out with friends * Quiet: no disturbances during night from emergency services sirens etc (plague of city living) * Parking: On-street overnight parking, but can be hard to find.
