Our backyard is totally private with stunning views of the Catalina Mountains and lush vegetation of the adjacent fairways down in a dip without any disturbance from golfers or stray balls.
Due to its setting within undisturbed nature, you will see an abundance of wildlife, including quail, roadrunner, deer, hummingbird, ... -- and even the occasional bobcat coming by for a visit.
The oversize garage includes a golf cart bay. Use of the golf cart is complimentary. One of the two bays may store our personal car with one space left for yours.
The stand-alone Casita has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Main house is 1,834sf plus Casita of approx. 300sf.
The king bed in the master is equipped with a memory foam topper for a semi-firm feel. The queen in the Casita is a European-style bed with a full memory foam mattress that is a bit less firm than the master. The queen in the guest bedroom has a foam topper that makes it the least firm for a softer sleeping experience.
There is a 46" 1028p HDTV in the family/kitchen area with a limited number of satellite TV channels. The 32" 1028p HDTV in the master bedroom is a smart TV with a wealth of Internet-streamed channels.
Rental rate includes all utilities and amenities, incl. Internet access and nearby recreation center (exercise equipment, pools, hot tub, steam room) usage. We'll provide you with a guest card for golf privileges on all of the private SaddleBrooke golf courses (standard member rates apply).
You have full and unrestricted access to the entire property -- main house, Casita, outdoor patios, garage, golf cart. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY ONE (1) OF THE TWO GARAGE SPACES IS AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE!
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
In most cases, one of us or a relative will be there for you -- during check-in/-out and throughout your stay whenever there is a need. In any case, you can always reach us by phone or via text messaging. If we are not available to check you in, we will provide self-check-in instructions and call you as soon as you have settled in to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
You have access to a fully equipped recreation center with a variety of exercise options, community swimming pools, library, club house for indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment as well as immaculately maintained golf courses -- all of which within a short walk or golf cart drive. There also are pickle ball, tennis, ping pong and many other activities within the community. In the mornings and late afternoons you are able to walk from the house along the fairways of the entire golf course.
