Hello Everyone,
(Available 06/14). I am renting out a spare bedroom in a three-bedroom & two-bathroom house. All utilities are covered in the rent.… A security deposit is required, $1,000. This is a month-to-month lease.
This would be for a single occupancy. I am the owner and live here myself. One other roommate is living here, too. You're getting a nonfurnished room, a shared bathroom plus use of the common spaces as well as the backyard to enjoy.
Qualities I am searching for: can pay rent on time every month, respectful of other people's property and privacy, maintains a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the house, and is easygoing without drama.
No drugs, no smoking or vaping inside the house, and doesn't have a problem with heavy drinking. No pets are allowed. There are no pets here now.
You need to provide two references from non-family members, preferably your last two landlords. Income verification is necessary. You can show me your last two pay stubs. I do these things to avoid future problems, plus it's common with any rental application.
