Hands down one of the nicest rentals in town! Renting on a per room basis for one year leases from June 1st 2018 through Mid-Late May 2019. One tenant per bedroom due to fire code. This recently renovated duplex apartment features a beautiful kitchen with two bathrooms shared between 4 bedrooms. Snow removal, trash removal, in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and even wifi included. Landlord provides 1,100 gallons of heating oil per year and $120 monthly allowance to cover normal electric usage. To give you an idea of the oil allowance, the current tenants that moved in June 1st 2017 have not gone over their 1,100 gallons as of posting date. 04/16/18 First come first serve for pick of the rooms.
