Cozy room available in three bedroom apartment in Jersey City near the Grove Street Stop on the path. The apartment itself has a spacious living room area, kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and 2.5 baths. The other roommates are two female young professionals in their 20's who work in the medical field. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with one other roommate. Utilities are split three-ways among roommates. Female candidates are strongly preferred. The move-in date would be May 1st. The rent is $1150. First month's rent and 1.5 month security deposit to move in. The location of the apartment is great with an 8-10 minute walk to the PATH. Also, the neighborhood surrounding the apartment is populated with bars, restaurants, fitness centers, shops, and farmers markets.
