I am looking for someone who is interested to stay long term. Since this is a small house, ideally, it makes a great home for a small family. (examples: a couple or a single parent with a child / senior citizens or a military person/couple. It has over two acres of land, and the property backs up to a horse farm. So, if you have a horse, you can also fence the property to board your horse. The house has an unfinish basement with an entrance door to the outside where you can drive to it. It has well water (no water bill) and septic tank. The tenant is responsible for trash pick up and electricity. Great location. the entire house has been freshly painted.
