We have an efficiency apartment unit available located North of the Venice Blvd/Sepulveda intersection. The location is prime for those who want to be close to Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice and the South Bay. And it's roughly ten minutes from downtown. Water, electricity and trash are paid. There is not a full kitchen in this unit. The bathroom contains a standing shower.
The unit is available for tours this Tuesday.
Street parking. No pets allowed unfortunately. A one-year lease is required.
