This apartment is well-suited for students, young professionals, artists, musicians, etc who want to live in a nice area but don't want to pay high prices. Utilities are included in the rent as long as the tenant uses water/energy responsibly. This apartment is priced to rent quickly and an application is required.
The other tenants in the building are very nice and friendly; One is a Musician/server and the other is a Sommelier/student. In the past, everyone has shared a high-speed google fiber connection. Coin-operated laundry is in the basement.
