      Due to the demand for our homes we do not accept any form of public assistance including but not limited to Section 8 We do allow a reasonable number and type of pets with prior approval and a $500 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Any excessive damage will be deducted from the security deposit. We have a strict non-smoking policy in all our homes. All renters of Act2 Properties must successfully complete and pass a credit and background check. Each potential occupant other than children under 21, must complete the application. Credit and Background check fees are the responsibility of the applicant(s) and are non-refundable.
