Beautiful town home with high ceilings and front porch and back deck. This house is located in the Beverly Cleary and Grant high school district. And the house is two blocks from each of the schools. The house is also just blocks away from new seasons, whole foods, Trader Joe's, as well as the library and the local swimming pool, which is located at Grant high school.
Large and comfortable living environments. Kitchen/living room area in the back along with the living and dining room area in the front of the house. Enormous closets in both bedrooms and many closets throughout the house. Between both bedrooms upstairs there is a comfortable lounge area with windows that is open to the upstairs landing. Could easily become a small third bedroom if you put dividers up.
Downstairs there are two gas fireplaces , one in the living/dining area and the other in the kitchen /living area. Built in shelves in both the kitchen /living area and in the dining area as well as a built in book shelves the upstairs landing.
I would prefer to rent this house with some furniture , including a couch , dining table , and a few other things including a queen bed and two night tables. But this is up for negotiation.
