This is a six month lease, with possibility of month to month renewals, of 3 rooms plus bath, of a stand alone guest house, partially furnished, on 4.66 wooded acres, 500 yards off Snake River. Month to month extensions depend meeting terms of the lease, and on sale of property. Lease includes a 60 day break clause in event of property sale-- with compensation. All utilities and normal services are provided as part of lease payment, except electricity on separate meter, included are water, garbage removal, snow removal, high speed internet and premium cable package (Roku or equivalent required) . Horse Boarding negotiable separately. Restrictions: Limit two adults as permanent residents, max two cars outside parking, NKids, No Smoking, First and Last, Security, and Good Credit, .
