It has A/C (air conditioning), double-pane windows for energy efficiency, a gas stove, a stainless steel dishwasher with a granite counter-top and a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator. It is completely fenced in with a solar gate with remote entry. You can park inside the gate or out. You have gated-in yard space too. Gas dryer and washer hookups available. Dogs, cats, pets considered on an individual basis at a $25 per month per pet rent. (Mainly they have to pass our insurance's breed restrictions.) Owner is replacing things as needed in a non-toxic (or less chemical-based) environmentally-friendly energy-efficient way whenever possible. This is a non-smoking drug-free property. We're looking for a 1 year lease minimum. The security deposit is $1800. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
