My Victorian townhouse is convenient to UMass-Lowell, route 3 and 495, and train service to Boston is nearby. There is also a parking space available. The room is right of the living room. The room have a nice bed, but you can move your stuff in as well. I have a large TV with Netflix and cable service. Wifi is ready for you to use. I have monthly housekeeping service as well. ABOUT David in Lowell: I am a 50-something professional who works are home a few days a week, in the office a few, and on travel for work as well. I come home most evenings by 7. I have a rather large book collection, so yes, I am a dork. Yet I am also outside as much as I can and can tell you about the local gyms too. I grew up in the Boston area and have learned how to take it with a grain of salt. Yes, I have lived in other places as well. I;d be happy to tell you about the 52 countries I have visited.
