      Bidding Information: A bid package must include a brief proposal letter containing the following: initial monthly rental rate lease commencement date lease term rent escalation factor % All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust's standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence. Submittals will be evaluated based upon proposed financial terms and proof of ability to perform. The Presidio Trust and Presidio Residences will evaluate all submittals and conduct the selection process. The Presidio Trust is the sole and final decision-maker regarding this selection, and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or terminate lease negotiations at any time, and to modify or suspend any or all aspects of the process. Additional Information: Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $75 per month 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit per pet.
