3321 21st Street is a charming 12 unit apartment building in the Mission District of San Francisco. The apartments are newly remodeled but the building still retains the charm well preserved older buildings have. The neighborhood is a blossoming part of San Francisco. Valencia Street is full of commerce and activity.
Although our building does not have laundry facilities of its own there is a laundromat across the street from the building located on Valencia nestled between the Dosa Restaurant which serves South Indian Cuisine and Herbivore which is a vegan grill. There is an abundance of cafe's and restaurants in the area. Grocery stores are also not in short supply. Across the street from the building is Valencia Whole Foods which is a smaller grocery store with no connection to actual Whole Foods. This store offers a great selection of produce and groceries.
Public transportation is accesible in various forms. We are nearby many bus routes, and also nearby the light rail which runs on Church Street. We are 5 blocks away from the 24th Street Bart Station. Bart which stands for Bay Area Rapid Transit is a high speed rail system which connects the far corners of the Bay Area. Bart makes it possible to cross the city in approximately 10 min North to South.
This listing is cheaper than the average studio in Mission by $1,054.
