I have a room that's going to be opening up in my house in Remington on May 1st. I live in a fabulous row home walking distance from Wyman Park Dell, Stony Run jogging trail, Hopkins Undergraduate Campus, THE DIZZ, R House 83 and more!
The dimensions of this room are
In the past year I have put over $20,000 into the house to refinish the beautiful wood floors, repaint the house, all new appliances, updated electrical, new dryer, renovated kitchen, organized basement, etc.
It's a very walkable and safe neighborhood and there's ample parking since I live next to a one-way street. Also walking distance from the jhmi and charm city circulator. A block from Hopkins Security headquarters so the security guards are always walking around to their next shift.
You will share the house with me, my lab-boxer (Jada) and my other great room mate who works at nonprofit here in the City. We are very low-key, I like to go to bed EARLY and the house is quiet :).

Quick fixes -- You are getting a home that is lived in by the landlord which means that anything that needs to be fixed or added will be done with great urgency.
Great neighborhood - the neighborhood is quiet, walkable and close to a lot of different amenities making it a great place to live. You don't need to own a car if you live in the City, we are walking distance from the cleaners, 7/11, basic amenities and needs.
Stable and friendly room mate - I am a emotionally and professionally stable person to live with who loves having people around and is eager to create a welcoming environment for those that live here.
Renovated house - In the last 2 years I have put more than $20,000 into the house to clean up the basement, redo the floors, repaint all the walls, new ceiling fans, all new appliance, new dryer, and new furniture.
Turnkey - I have set up everything so that way it will be very turn key for renters and low stress.
Furniture and additional items - I have extra furniture, silverware, appliances, tools, canoes anything that you might need for both functionality and fun that is shared for the house.
