While the building is located in the heart of downtown it is easy to get to the beltline (Hwy) via John Nolan Drive making farther commutes by car relatively painless (you get to avoid downtown traffic).
The whole building is generally occupied by quiet people (or if they aren't actually quiet the walls are incredibly sound proof). General community is graduate students young professionals and some young families.
Heated underground parking is available for an additional 135/month. Up to 2 cats are allowed (15/month for one cat or 25/month for 2). No dogs per rules of rental company.
Tenant pays electricity and gas.
Water and sewer is included in rent.
Option to sign lease for an additional year beyond sublet (base rent for renewal is 1460/month).
